Our Trainee programme offers learners a professional exposure across the varying spectrum of the industry throughout the banking and financial services industry. This programme is structured to incorporate a blended learning approach that includes cognitive and affective learning areas, experiential hands-on training, and ensures a smooth and efficient knowledge transfer for application in the work setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree strictly in a Management Science course such as Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management, etc.
- Minimum of a 2:1 class of degree.
- Completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Program.
- Age not exceeding 26 years at the point of application.
