Shandong University Scholarship 2024 in China (Fully Funded) 2024

Shandong University is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. Shandong University Scholarship 2024 is now inviting applications from international pupils. This financial assistance is provided to new international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. degree. Established in 1901, it is now one of the earliest universities established in modern China.

The university has a variety of academic programs, including more than 80 undergraduate programs, more than 200 master’s programs, and more than 100 doctoral programs. IELTS/TOEFL test results may not be required if the candidate has obtained his prior education in an English medium institute. The application process and financial benefits are described below.

SDU Scholarship Benefits

The SDU Scholarship offers two types of scholarships: Full scholarship and Partial scholarship.

Full Scholarship Covers:

• Tuition Fee
• Living Allowance
• Accommodation and comprehensive medical insurance

Partial Scholarship Covers:

• Tuition and Comprehensive medical insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must not be Chinese citizens.
• Must be in good health.
• Must hold a secondary education when applying for Bachelor’s programs.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree when applying for master’s programs.
• Must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree when applying for doctoral programs.
• Must be under the age of 25 when applying for Bachelor’s programs.
• Must be under the age of 35 when applying for Master’s programs.
• Must be under the age of 40 when applying for Doctoral programs.
• Applicants cannot be awarded any other scholarship funded by the Chinese government during the period of receiving the SDU Scholarship.

English language requirements:

• Applicants whose native language is English are exempted from the submission of an English language proficiency certificate.
• Applicants whose native language is not English must submit one of the following English language proficiency examinations: IELTS score 6.5 or above, TOEFL iBT 80 score or above, SDU’s DI C296, MyBest Scores 80 or above. Essentials test 9 or above, or an equivalent examination .
• Applicants who have completed their highest degree of previous education at an institution with English as a language of instruction do not need to present an IELTS/TOEFL, but should provide an official letter from the institution clearly indicating that the language of instruction was in English, signed and stamped .

Scholarship Result

The final result is anticipated to be announced on August 1st, 2024.
