Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme

The targets of the programme would include: establishing well-equipped separate potential business leaders of the future who can lead the business and take it to the next level and ensure handlers gain the required skills, leadership skills and expertise foundation of learning in a leadership position within one of our Supply Chain’s primary functions – Supply Chain Processing. We are currently looking for 7 newly graduated participants who would like to specialise in the Processing field at one of our Manufacturing websites in Supply Chain.

Programme Duration

• Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis on Processing
• Engagement in improvement projects and workplace exposure
• Stand-in periods for specific job roles
• Understanding of the business value-chain and core business fundamentals

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in Chemical Engineering
• South African citizenship
• Good tertiary academic results
• Computer literacy
• Potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment
• Highly motivated and a self-manager
• Strong performance record
• Effective interaction skills with diverse backgrounds and education levels
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Structure:

• Intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams with exposure to dynamic Processing and challenging projects
• Development and coaching by technical experts
• Learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.
