Job Profile

As a member of our operations team, your work will involve the well-executed carrying out day-to-day functions to ensure the timely closing of end-this-day operations. Your work will also entail educating customers about our products and services, assisting in sales, and ensuring that the onboarding process goes smoothly to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities in the Operations Department to ensure that customer transaction requests are addressed with urgency, professionalism and the highest standard of confidentiality.
• Ensure that all customer transaction requests are accurately recorded and that proper authorization, as stipulated by the Sla, is conducted
• Stay up to date and informed on the bank’s products and services and respond promptly to inquiries and questions about the same and operations as well
• Record and address all customer requests and complaints on the customer relationship management platform ensuring that the queries or concerns are resolved promptly
• Inform customers of new services being offered, product promotions and cross-selling opportunities
• Drive digital adoption on a need basis with clients and work in cooperation with the Business toina extraordinarily to the set policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Age 25 or younger.
• Must have obtained a minimum of 5 credits at O’levels, including English and Mathematics.
• Possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with a minimum grade of lower credit.
• Completion of a 1-year internship program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
