2024 Ecobank Entry Level Development Programme
Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Ecobank Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP). This initiative aims to recruit dynamic and skilled individuals to fulfill the increasing workforce requirements within the bank. Participation in ELDP offers the opportunity to join a cohort of aspiring leaders poised to propel the bank forward.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 24 years old as of the date of application.
- Should have obtained a minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is mandatory.
- Minimum of five (5) credits including English and Mathematics.
