Financial Coverage:

• Monthly Stipend: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) provides a generous stipend lasting up to 26 weeks, ranging from $1,000 to $2,200.
• Airfare Ticket: ADB funds and provides airfare tickets from the home country to the internship location.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ADB Internship, an applicant must fulfill these requirements:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral degree program at a university in one of ADB’s member countries.
• Be a national of one of ADB’s member countries.
• Have excellent English language skills. Proof of English language test is not mandatory.

ADB Selection Process:

1. Prepare your CV and answer the essay questions.
2. All documents (CV and essay) are uploaded to ACES to complete the application.
3. ACES is the ADB online application portal.
4. ADB evaluates applications based on eligibility requirements, relevance of academic study and work experience, and the level of interest and motivation to contribute to development work.
