What is the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship Program? Eligible students from developing countries receive a scholarship to study a master’s degree in topic relevant disciplines to social, political and economic development of their homelands. Therefore, through the program, the recipients receive financial support to complete their studies in Germany, which helps their overall country development pursuit.

Since its inception in 2009, DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship Program had supported around 800 scholarship recipients, from over 100 countries, in completing their master’s degrees and studies in Germany successfully.
