Delft Blue Scholarships 2024: Opportunity for International Water Professionals
Do you study abroad water management and sustainability? IHE Delft is looking for water professionals who are eligible for the Delft Blue Scholarships for on-campus short courses in 2024. Fully funded scholarships focus on professionals with a strong desire to help their home country find water solutions.

IHE scholarships
- MENA Scholarship Programme: People who live in Algeria, Egypt, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman or Tunisia can apply for the MSP scholarship to IHE Delft selected short courses as it does not apply for residents of any other state. Applicants from Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya and other countries cannot apply for the same since applicants have nationality country restrictions.
- Delft Blue Partial Scholarships: partial scholarships are for water professionals from IHE Delft partners that enable them to be able to take a short course. The scholarships only cover a part of the course costs – third standard course fee, other costs such as a plane ticket, accommodation, and daily subsistence have to be paid by the participant .
Eligibility for Delft Blue Scholarships:
To be eligible for a Delft blue partial scholarships, one meets the following conditions
- IHE Delft short course admittance.
- one is professionally active in a relevant field.
- Full-time availability for the course duration without interruption.
- Must not be employed by a multinational corporation or large commercial organization.
How to Apply:
- Choose Your Course: Apply for academic admission to one of the specified courses before 19 March 2024.
- MSP Scholarship Application: Use the Delta online tool to apply for an MSP scholarship by 26 March 2024, 16:00 CEST, after receiving your academic admission email.
- Delft Blue Application: Submit your application for a Delft Blue Scholarship by filling out the dedicated form and emailing it to [email protected].
Financial considerations:
Delft Blue Scholarships reduce the tuition fee between 30% and 50%. However, the amount will depend on your eligibility category or that of your employer. Additionally, the applicant must be in a position to finance other costs related to the course. This means that you will pay the remaining tuition fee, transport cost, accommodation, and daily maintenance.
